Build

Built a 14-day nurture sequence with conditional logic based on engagement. Integrated Calendly webhooks to move contacts through pipeline stages automatically. Added SMS reminders for scheduled calls.

Result

Follow-up became automatic. Pipeline stages now reflect reality. Reps spend time selling, not tracking.

Clinic booking + follow-up system

Problem

Medical clinic had appointment no-shows and no automated reminders. Front desk spent hours on manual confirmation calls.

Build

Connected GHL calendar to SMS reminder workflows (48hr, 24hr, 2hr before appointment). Built cancellation/reschedule flow with automated slot backfilling. Added post-visit review request automation.

Result

No-show rate dropped. Front desk freed up. Consistent review generation without asking staff to remember.

AI receptionist handoff via SMS

Problem

HVAC company got 50+ calls/day during peak season. Most were quote requests that tied up the phone.

Build

Deployed Retell AI voice assistant to answer, qualify (property type, urgency, budget), and book estimate appointments directly into tech calendars. SMS confirmation sent immediately. Unqualified leads routed to email.

Result

Phone lines freed for emergency calls. Qualified leads booked instantly. Homeowners got immediate response.

CRM cleanup + lifecycle redesign

Problem

Marketing agency had 10K+ contacts with inconsistent tagging, duplicate records, and pipeline stages that didn't match their actual sales process.

Build

Audited entire database. Deduplicated contacts. Rebuilt pipeline to match discovery → proposal → onboarding → active → offboarding. Created tagging taxonomy. Documented everything in Notion.
